Children's Ministry

"Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it."  Proverbs 22:6
Families are the single most important influence on a child's life and spiritual growth.  We seek to partner with parents, grandparents, and families as their children grow and learn what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.  We seek to provide experiences which are both fun and meaningful to help children learn about God, the Bible and Jesus Christ along with what it means to live as a Christian.

There are several opportunities each week for children to be involved in the life of the church.
Children's Sunday Worship Opportunities
Children's Sunday School
Children's Wednesday Night Gathering

All of this, plus special events throughout the year, help us grow closer to God and one another.  We hope you'll join us!

Want to Volunteer with our Children's Ministry?

We each have the opportunity to serve the church with our gifts and our service.

Ways to get involved!

Volunteer Screening
It is our desire to provide a safe environment for all who enter our church and participate in our ministries. Therefore, all volunteers with children, youth and vulnerable adults are required to complete an application form which includes personal references as well as permission allowing us to run a background check.  Once that process is completed, volunteers are expected to complete Safe Sanctuaries training and sign a covenant form indicating their willingness to follow all Safe Sanctuary procedures and to abide by its guidelines.  Below you will find links to the required paperwork.
