The South-Eastern Mission Trip and Retreat 2012

Trip Dates:

Thursday June 28^th  - Saturday July 7^th   

Trip Destination:

Pratt City, AL and Atlanta, Georgia

Mission Project:

Partnering with Christian Service Mission to work to rebuild after the destructive tornados.

Mission Theme Scripture:

Isaiah 25:4- ⁴ But you are a tower of refuge to the poor, O LORD,
      a tower of refuge to the needy in distress.
   You are a refuge from the storm
      and a shelter from the heat.
   For the oppressive acts of ruthless people
      are like a storm beating against a wall

Trip Financial & Time Commitment:

Financial-

Deposits-January 29^th- 25$ Walmart Card

               February 26^th - 50$

               March 25^th - 50$

               April 29^th - 50$

               May- 27^th - 50$

Total Deposit= 225$

Ten Talent Money Due June 5^th = 110$ (to be raised by the student)

Time-

-Wednesday March 7^th   -4:30p.m.- WNG Baked Potato Bar Meal Fundraiser

-Auction Baskets (items totally $25 -can be donated) due March 25^th. Auction will be Easter, April 8th.

-Sunday June 24^th - The Team will be commissioned during the 10:00am service

-Wednesday June 27^nd  - 7:00pm- The Team will pack the trailers and take communion

-August 12^th   - 5:00p.m. Shareholders Supper
